Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. GLOVO is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Process

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned with missing parts or accessories

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Damaged or Defective Products

Order Cancellation
